I.T.F Taekwon-Do is known for its extreme power. To deliver superior power. Our bodies and hands etc are toughened through conditioning in order to handle the power. ( Don't be frightened off by this aspect, it is monitored very closely and you won't be asked to break any thing that you are not prepared for.
